Following the contract termination between Regence BlueCross BlueShield and Salem Health, we are supporting an increasing number of our patients who are facing difficulties accessing care. This is because some BlueCross BlueShield-affiliated plans, such as Anthem and Premera, are also affected. These insurers operate independently but are part of the BlueCross BlueShield provider network, meaning that patients with these plans may also find that Salem Health is no longer in-network for them.
