Our History
Oregon Specialty Group provides advanced treatments and compassionate care through our four practices: Oregon Oncology Specialists, Oregon Rheumatology Specialists, Cascade Infectious Diseases and Oregon Specialty Infusion.
We also support independent practices with business services, so they can remain independent and continue to provide high quality care for our community members close to home, for the lowest cost.

Executive Leadership
Our leadership team is committed to serving our patients, families, providers and community with exceptional healthcare and business services. We have deep experience and expertise in finance, operations and helping independent practices thrive.
Erin Wylam is a dedicated healthcare leader with 20 years of experience in nursing and administration. She excels in creating strategic partnerships to help community practices stay strong and independent. Her passion for building collaborative relationships, paired with her strengths in business development, has seen OSG through a period of tremendous growth. Before becoming CEO of Oregon Oncology Specialists in 2020, Erin served in various roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Oncology Manager. She has a Master of Business Administration from OHSU and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Linfield College. Erin is an active member of professional organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk counties, Community Oncology Alliance, and Quality Cancer Care Alliance.
As a healthcare leader devoted to increasing access to high quality care, Mel Davies has spent her 20+ year career pairing the skills of talented healthcare workers with data-driven strategies to build successful business structures. She is particularly energized around leadership, creating strategic business relationships, and developing financial models that produce more stability in the industry. Mel holds an advanced degree from Boise State University and has served as CFIO of Oregon Specialty Group since 2019. She is an active member of professional organizations including the Quality Cancer Care Alliance (Co-Chair of the Value Based Care Committee), Queen of Peace School (Chair of the School Advisory Council), Healthcare Financial Management Association, Association of Community Cancer Centers, and Community Oncology Alliance.
