Oregon Specialty Group is excited to welcome Anne Webb as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1st.
Anne brings 27 years of healthcare experience, with expertise in operations, oncology, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, she served as Regional Service Line Director of Oncology at Samaritan Health.
Throughout her career, Anne has led operational improvement and strategic initiatives while navigating complex regulatory environments. Her passion for keeping patients at the center of every decision is matched by her commitment to investing in and mentoring emerging leaders. She believes developing strong leaders is essential to advancing healthcare and strengthening the communities it serves.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management. She is certified in healthcare compliance through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and serves on the Board of Cancer Companions. Outside of work, Anne enjoys spending time at the coast, exploring new places, reading, and trying new recipes.
As Chief Operating Officer, Anne will help lead operational strategy and organizational initiatives that support Oregon Specialty Group’s continued commitment to providing exceptional specialty care throughout the communities we serve.
